All products processed undergo a method that removes excess water without breaking cells, preventing spoilage, discoloration, and unpleasant odors. This process also results in a chewy texture and concentrated flavor.
■ Rapid Freezing Technology to Prevent Drip
We use rapid freezing machines, which are considered second only to nitrogen gas freezing, to process the food appropriately for each type of ingredient, preserving the cell walls and retaining the flavor.

Each product is vacuum-packaged, preserving freshness and prolonging deliciousness. Storage and thawing after delivery are also easy and hassle-free.

We use slurry ice (ice temperature gel ice) for delivery, maintaining long-term freshness and enhancing flavor through ice temperature maturation.
Pre-cut for Convenience and No Waste
Pre-processing and cutting seafood takes time and experience to do beautifully without crushing the flesh. We offer various processing options, including loin, fillet, slice, scaling, heading, and three-piece cutting, making it possible for those who cannot handle seafood to prepare and cook it. Vacuum-packaged pre-cut products can be thawed in the necessary amounts as needed, reducing the risk of waste.
Small Lot Sales (from 1 c/s 15kg)
We sell and ship from a minimum of 1 c/s (15kg). Not only fresh fish but also pre-processed products such as slices and fillets can be included, helping to reduce unnecessary purchases and inventory burdens.
